Saving the Wild

Step into the role of a wildlife veterinarian! In this session, kids will explore our hospital, follow the journey of a rescued animal and take part in a mock triage to learn the basics of wildlife care.

Remarkable Reptiles
Meet Australia’s amazing reptiles! Kids will learn about snakes, lizards and geckos, explore their behaviours and habitats while enjoying up-close encounters with some of our scaly residents.

Rescue, Rehab, Release
Ever wondered how we care for injured wildlife? In this hands-on session, kids will explore daily rehab routines, tour our facilities, meet animal residents and learn some rescue techniques using soft toys.

Wildlife in Winter – School Holiday Fun
Discover how native animals survive the chilly months! Kids will explore hibernation, migration and adaptation through games, nature-inspired crafts, storytelling and up-close animal encounters.

Turtley Awesome Turtles
Join us for a shell-ebration of turtles! Learn about turtle habitats, threats and conservation through storytelling, crafts and up-close encounters with our turtle ambassador, Tommy.
